Renting a home

For Tenants

  1. Step 1: Find a Property

  2. Step 2: View the Property Details

    Check the property information, images, features, rental terms, and other important details before making a decision.

  3. Step 3: Get Verified

    Complete the required verification process and provide the necessary information and documents when they are needed.

  4. Step 4: Start Your Tenancy

    Once you are ready to proceed, complete the required tenancy documentation and review your rental agreement.

  5. Step 5: Sign the Agreement

    Review and accept the tenancy agreement. The landlord will also review and countersign the agreement before the tenancy is completed.

  6. Step 6: Make Your Payment

    Complete the required payment through the platform and follow the steps provided for your tenancy.

  7. Step 7: Move In

    Once the necessary steps are completed, you can proceed with your move-in and begin your tenancy.

Letting a property

For Landlords
